I am looking to buy a 21" or 24" Benelli M1 or M2 barrel to go on my M1. I would prefer black but will take camo. I know these are hard to find but I thought I would give it a shot. I can pay cash or trade for an M1 18in tactical barrel with ghost rings.

Is it possible to remove camo coating from a shotgun barrel without destroying the barrel? I am talking specifically about a Benelli M1/M2 barrel with the factory camo coating. If it is possible how difficult is it and do I need specialized tools?
