I have 145,000 miles on my 2013 Ram 1500 4x4 regular cab 5.7 hemi and it still runs like a top and plenty of power! I'm getting ready to get my 3rd set of tires, I've changed plugs once at 90,000 miles. I upgraded to power stop brake pads and rotors and just put my 2nd set on last November. I installed a K&N air intake kit and a Bully Dog programmer. Changed all the fluids right away to royal purple synthetic fluids everywhere, some might say I'm wrong but I change oil at 10,000 miles! Does not even have the "normal" hemi tic that most have! I bought it new and plan to keep it until it won't go no mo!!
Wife drives a 2021 Jeep Cherokee limited that I took off roading with less than 100 miles on it, that's what it's for right?! Did good and couldn't get it stuck around here in nw Ohio. Now I know it will not do real harsh trails but it got through everything we'll ever use it on and it's new and has a full warranty and that's all I need. Though I forgot to get it to do donuts in the mud pit you have to turn traction control off or it won't spin and with butt chiller leather seats running

So yes absolutely newer cars are built way better than they used to be and American brands are as competitive or better than almost anything other than super luxury cars!
Check out the new Cadillac CT5-V…..holy crap!
I'm planning on a new Dodge Challenger SS in the spring! I'm getting finances in order to do it safely and still have gun money

can't say logically because there's no logic in getting one! 807hp baby!!
