Custom made hunting knives?

I'm on the lookout for a skilled artisan who creates custom handmade hunting knives. I believe there are a few on this platform, but I'm not sure who they are. My wife recently killed a 160-inch whitetail deer, and my 10-year-old son also successfully hunted his first deer this year. I'm looking for a special knife to commemorate their achievements and create lasting memories. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in finding the right person for this task.

France has a knife and sword making tradition that goes back 2500 years (the Gauls were super renowned swordsmiths and the Romans hired them for their superior metallurgy skills)
