They do now! I believe it is channel 270. Just saw it on the guide today and went through and set up about 4-5 different gun shows to record on the DVR.

I've installed a few in my day. What kinda trouble are you having? ETA: Most times it's best to buy an adapter to fit your car's wiring plug. I think WalMart sometimes has them for some of the more popular vehicles.

I've been gone since '86. Still have family there though. I get back a couple times a year. You should make a trip and come shoot in one of the competitions. There's a match for just about any interest.
