I would also like to take another training class this year. I was on a good path with my practice and was seeing continual improvement in my speed and accuracy but now I have seen the light between practice and training.

I'll take what Glock2740 gets... I have been lusting after a .50 cal Beowulf (and bought it 2 months ago). Then I lusted after a Ruger Long Range Precision rifle, which was bought this week. I bought the Ruger because the Desert Eagle I wanted isn't available until the summer. Lastly on my lust list is another Nighthawk Custom Classic in stainless. That's about all the lust I can afford...

It's gonna have to be this: I knew my answer would be a Ruger and I feel I been a good boy and deserve this. I see that Ruger's recommended list is just under $2500 but I can get the whole set up for $1849 at my FFL.

I am still scratching my head as to why you would want to limit yourself to one manufacturer . . . . .

Did not like the fibre optic site on the BWC. Changed it out for a gold bead. But the pistol functions flawlessly.

After a while though, I earned the upgrade.

drop DEAD (pun intended, LOL) gorgeous!....I like the gold bead...heard great things about them...but most of my "work" is done in low light type environments....so I tend to stick with night sights....

The fibre optic sites break and fall out. The trij nite sites fade over time. The gold bead draws plenty of light during the day and all it can from ambient light in low light conditions. Plus it is good looking and (relatively) indestructible

(I also like the gold inserted ramp front sights)
