One needs to practice double action shots to become proficient. I find the smaller J-Frames to be uncomfortable and somewhat punishing to shoot. To become proficient, I find the K, L, and N frame revolvers to be far more enjoyable and less punishing. J- Frames definitely have the edge for concealability, but chances are pretty good if a gun is not enjoyable to shoot - you probably won't practice much with it. JMO

Used to be most all the diamond grips were numbered to the revolver all mine are but they are 4-5 screw ones.

It's amazing what you find in small town nc pawns shops
The father passes away and the unappreciative son takes it and pawns it or trades it for a plastic fantastic.
I rescue what I can.
I got the above model ten that way.
Box, owners manual , cleaning rod and wax paper. Looks unfired no turn ring on the cylinder.
