41 Charlie..............Yes it's hard to beat a good 3" fixed sight revolver in .357 mag. Especially when they hit where the sights point. I had a F/O front put on it and told the gunsmith to make sure the F/O was the same height as the original as it hit right on.... POA=POI.

P.S. Mine looks an awful lot like one you posted earlier.......

Some nice wheel guns up on here! Still waiting on my 1911 to arrive, but I certainly know a thing or two about smoke wagons. Especially the old school type. Big ol' hog legs! Anyway... Here's my six shooters; My Remington New Model Army clone, with .45 Colt conversion; my Colt 1851 Navy .36 percussion clone; and my wife's S&W Model 19 .357.IMG_20200526_145444920.jpgIMG_20200316_120402582.jpgIMG_20200526_164239182.jpg

Any info on this single six, 3 screw (converted by Ruger) 6 digit serial# with no dash. Wondering about special order? Talo? and the color case on frame. Anyhow, its a dandy, all original?, no box or docs.

I'm assuming it not to be a Talo special run, due to its age. But ANY INFO from you ruger single action guys will be appreciated. Rugers serial# look up places a group from 1962 to 1969, this single six falls in that list. But several discrepansies, adjustable sights and the color case? on frame really confuses the issue. In the end I guess it really doesn't matter, I picked up to shoot. It was well bought
