Red flag laws

Can you not see by what you just said that ANY government created law against a citizen of the USA and against the constitution of the USA is TREASON ! What do think happens when you allow a tyrannical government to start passing laws that circumvent our constitution ! ? Red flag to socialism to communism ! Do you honestly believe that some bureaucrat sitting on a city council somewhere knows what's best for you ? Do you think some moron on that city council is smarter than the GOD fearing men that wrote the greatest document ever written in the history of man kind . [ excluding the Bible of course ] . You have already by your own admission seen the faults of these laws [ no means of return , anyone can say anything and your guilty until you can prove yourself innocent ] . If you will pull your mask down and take a deep breath I'm sure you will see the contradiction in your statement !

"Gun owners" aren't necessarily conservatives. They could very well be social Progressives, who seem, for the most part, to have little if any respect for the civil rights guaranteed by the Constitution, albeit violations of those rights are prohibited to _governments_, not individuals, and Progressives often believe their feelings trump law. And don't forget, politicians will do anything they believe will get them re-elected, regardless of the Constitutionality involved, thus the complete disregard of the 14 Th. Amendment.
 
I have to tell my story and compare it to "red flag laws". I live in a small town in Florida. I was a Deputy Sheriff, firearm instructor and SWAT Sniper. I also shot pistol competition. The house next to me was sold to a retired man from New York. He constantly complained to the Chief of Police about the number of guns I had and since I reloaded my own ammo he felt unsafe and was worried about my house blowing up or me attacking him because he was always expressing his concerns to me and I would not stop what I was doing and refused to keep my guns at the Sheriff's Office. The Chief or one of the Officers would stop by and tell me "Al was at it again" complaining to city Commissioners or anyone else that would listen. After several years he moved to Ft. Lauderdale and told me he was moving to a town that would have made me get rid of my guns and ammo. Under the Red Flag law as currently being put forth by the DOJ, he could file a complaint with the Court and without due process, an order would be issued to seize my guns and keep them until a court date could be set up. This is a violation of the Constitution of the United States and should not be tolerated by any American. This gives power to snowflakes, ex's and anyone who wants to legally harass you. You have to face your accuser in court before a decision is made to seize any legally owned property.
 
I'm lucky to live on on eight acres , with plenty of privacy . That being said the three families living near me seem to be like minded with me . I still don't let them in on how much guns , ammo , or reloading supplies I have . I do worry about some asshat left wing relatives . They would for sure use red flag laws to push their ideals . Their sense of moral superiority is disgusting . The left never wastes a tragedy and firmly believes the ends justify the means . Don't advertise to your neighbors what you may have , it's not their business . They may be fine , but you don't know who they talk to .
 
I would worry about these unconstitutional "laws" because I don't think my neighbors like me flying my multiple American flags and my punisher skull Trump 2024 flag!!

But ****'em this is still America and will be as long as I have anything to say about it!!
