Oklahoma City 3Gun match THIS saturday, Feb 27th

I wanted to opine on why we had the unloaded rule last month. We hade two stages that we had to go down range of dump barrels. More and more, we see folks wanting to help by removing guns from dump barrels before the shooter has finished the stage. It was either make it mandatory for the stage or two, or make it easier and make it a blanket rule. Also, if you would travel to some of the bigger matches, this may be required, so exposing our shooters to that is good for everyone.

It wasn't so bad.
It kinda forced a little bit of aiming with the shotgun since you didn't want to load any extra.
I think I had maybe 2 make ups with the shotgun for the whole match.

I haven't shot 3 gun in so long I did not know if that was the new rule for now on. Thinks Mike for clearing that up for me.
