    dummy 12g shotshells

I ordered a pack of them from the NRA Instructors portal about a month ago. I can't seem to link to them but here they are. I really like them. http://www.officerstore.com/store/product.cfm/pid_6400_s_t_action_pro_action_trainer_dummy_rounds_12_gauge_shotgun/

Liberty Defense Mossberg 590 in action.

Yes, what Mike said. I should have typed that better. It's in pretty much stock configuration in the video. It came with a SpeedFeed stock on it. I added a BlackHawk shotshell sling, a flashlight clamp up front for a Surefire LED, and I hope to put a night sight on the front. Maybe an XS Big Dot...

Liberty Defense Mossberg 590 in action.

It's just a Mossberg 590. Pretty common shotgun. Nothing special about it. I didn't say anything about it being special. Did I miss something?

I was just getting ready to research this exact topic. Cool.

Liberty Defense Mossberg 590 in action.

This is the last few rounds left over a student was running through a rental shotgun in one of my classes a few weeks ago. I am doing the filming.

    Sold/Expired WTB: Mossberg 500/590, Rem 870, Winchester 1300

I'm looking for a defensive shotgun. I'd prefer a Mossberg 590 but I'll certainly look into a good deal on a Mossberg 500, Rem 870, or Winchester Defender. Let me know what you have.

    Sold/Expired WTB: Black Powder items....

Did you have any black powder stuff laying around you don't need any longer? I found a good deal on a .50 cal black powder rifle to do some teaching on but I'm in need of .50 round balls, patches, FF powder, a ball starter, No. 11 caps, possibles bag, powder measures, and stuff like that. If...

    Kid-size .22s

I bought a Ruger SR-22 pistol for students to use. My kids like it a lot especially with the smaller grip option it comes with. I see students have less trouble with it than they Walther P-22 or Sig Mosquito. Every Sig Mosquito that's ever come through my class jams up on the student before we...

    Nearly Totally New From Tulsa

Welcome, I'm new to this forum but not new to shooting. What the previous people have said is spot on though. Lots of good training is available in the Tulsa metro area.

    Tube Type Military Radio Receivers

I enjoyed the pictures in this thread. My wife and I both have had our amateur radio licenses for several years now. I'm a lifetime member of the Broken Arrow Amateur Radio Club as well. I think I know why might have helped go through those old military rigs. Cool stuff!

    Rabbits

We experimented with New Zealand white rabbits several years ago as a sustainable food supplement. I think it would have worked but with our children involved, they weren't keen on killing the rabbits. We ended up selling the rabbits and all of the junk we bought for them at a loss. At least we...

Let's see your bug out kits

I have used a Maxpedition Fatboy Versipack for several years now. I'll add a list of contents and some pictures in this post in the near future. I have it set up as a GHB basically. If I have to abandon my vehicle, having that bag with the contents in it will help me get back home even if it...

    Why do you prep?

I live in a rural area and I've always thought that it was pretty much expected to be prepared for whatever comes your way. I have always been interested in preparing for emergencies though. It was knowledge handed down by my parents to me, knowledge I gained in scouts, civil air patrol, jrotc...

    EDC lights

I carry a 4-Sevens Quark Mini AA2 clipped to my left front pants pocket. I like the multiple modes, the pocket clip position, and the fact that there is no clickie on activate by accident in my pocket.
