Days with DAD in the field are priceless, we dont always realize it at the time but later on you just smile and perhaps shed a small tear. Thanks for sharing that story pard!

Thanks for the kind words guys! Someday I'll share some more about my dad; it's just hard to put in words sometimes.

Just got back from kansas today.... Had a great time. Left sun. Morning and arrowed a doe mon. Night and a mid to high 150's whitetail. Will post pics later.

OK Dennis, I am headed back to the lease and staying until Tuesday, then back to work on Wednesday and going back to the lease Thanksgiving afternoon. Brandon will arrive on Wednesday and the two of us will meet up Thanksgiving afternoon and hunt through Sunday. If anything goes down I am sure you will get conflicting stories as to how it happens but they should prove to be entertaining. Wishing everyone a safe and Happy thanksgiving

Good luck to you guys!
I was off today, and will be off for the next 12 days. Went out with the bow this morning in the gale force winds, and had a flock of turkey come by in the food plot. I was 90 degrees to the wind, and led a nice tom turkey with an 8" beard about a foot at 40 yds, and hit about a foot behind him. 40mph winds do strange things with arrows.
Its all gun tomorrow with the .270, and the Ruger Super Redhawk in .44 mag on the hip for close work.

I Have the photobucket app on my iPhone. (free app)Click on it and it will ask if you want to upload new pics. Ok it and it will take you to your pics. Pretty easy.
I load them to the board from the home computer.
If you have any problems get back on here and we can help.
