a match isnt really an ideal place to learn new things, theres usually a lot going on.
Money well spent!!!!Rumor has it that TDSA is possibly adding another AP1 to their calendar in October, so call them up and inquire!
Burk,
AP1 does some timed pre-tests and post-tests, and we do use timers, but AP1 is not competition oriented; its handgun skill and technique oriented, which in a non-roundabout way, is VERY relevant to competitions. If that makes any sense.
Also i can see where this could turn into something that one person could not handle on his own. If it gets blown out of proportion then what? If not then great!
If anything happened, it would not be a class type situation, and it wouldnt be at all like a mini-tdsa class. It would be me going through typical drills that i do during a course of practice, and others could shoot along.
The second I do anything "class" like, youll hear a cash register sound, lol. My times too valuable. Besides, for multiple shooters, I couldnt come close to a TDSA AP1 class.
