I've been eyeing these knives for a while. I finally ordered one. They have a great reputation for being built very well. Do any of you guys own one? What do you fellas know about them? This is the one I ordered.

I've had one for a number of years. Only thing I don't like about my knife is the "glass breaker" on the grip. This would prevent any kind of a push movement with the knife because it would puncture a hole in your hand. No other defensive knife that I have has such an attachment.

I really like the knife, but I can see the reality of your concern. That thing would hurt if you tried to push it with the palm of your hand.

I do to AND I have film for it:) not exactly something easy to find.
I have an original with some of the attachments. My Pop bought it new when they first came out. It had a load of diffuser, extensions, all sorts of stuff. most of it got lost in \the move to the house I'm in now. Pop's legacy. It worked the last time I was able to find film. Gone now.

In addition to my automatic Microtech (switchblade) I have a Karambit that Microtech made in cooperation with Bastinelli, which is a fixed blade.
