Hello all,

About the only thing I CAN'T get ahold of for reloading components is bullets. I'm looking to buy 55gr - 62 gr FMJ bullets. I'll take 250, 500, or 1000 round counts.

Midway USA sells 55gr FMJ for $90 per 1000. If you have any bullets for sale, PM me and we can get a price point set.

Thanks!

i dont know if they have any but PSA advertised 6000 223 fmj for $499. thats fairly good if you pick them up, no shipping.

I went looking today; the only .223 bullets on the shelf were like 35 or 40gr varmint bullets.

Thanks, but the Spitzers aren't too bad a price per 1000, but they are soft points. The other polymer tipped ones are $110 per 500...already 22 cents per round not counting powder, primers and brass.

I was hoping to find a private sale I guess...someone who'd been collecting bulk packs for a while and just sitting on them who'd part with a few hundred.

I may just have to get one Midway's back order list for the $90/1000 pack :(

I use 75gr because all but one of my barrels are 1:8 polygonal. I have some 62 green tip pulled bullets I bought years ago but have saved for just such times as these. Hope you locate some suitable bullets. I'll keep an eye out for bargains and post them if I find them.

I found a good deal on some 55gr FMJs at a pawn shop today...the owner had bought them for someone who backed out of the deal...so I got the 1000ct for $100. Not too bad considering I would have paid shipping to anywhere else. Thanks for looking!
