Ok I see all of these video's of folks shooting and ya know besides being interesting to watch I could really see where they could help a person with seeing the things they screwed up on! I know my vids would not be cool or help anyone else learn the sport but I could sure see where they would help me figure out how many things I need to work on.

Question is who would not mind if I ask them to video me while I shoot? then the fun part is to figure out how the hell to download lol I'm not real computer literate. Later,

Kirk

I bet just about anybody would help film you while you shoot at the matches. If you are using a camera, it might have a memory card and a lot of people use iphones which you can use to upload directly to youtube or connect to your computer via cable to drag and drop the files.

There's plenty of people everywhere out there that will video you while you shoot. It doesn't matter if you know the person or not, just ask and I'm sure you'll have 2 or 3 volunteers right beside you.

trust me, no one will have a problem helping you, in fact some people go all out, when i asked taymoor to video me, he didn't just stop videoing me at the range, he followed me home and video me in the shower.. so it is no problem at all

Kirk you had mentioned videoing during the match I assumed you had a plain phone and failed to bring a video camera, any of us would have taped for you. I meant to have someone tape me I just forgot 6 times.

I've got my vid camera or the iPhone might be easier with the vid camera plus it has a good zoom so you wouldn't have to be so close. I have to say that everyone out there is a helpful bunch of folks so I should fit right in. I'm already looking forward to the next shoot! just wish I were closer so I could help set up but by the time I get off work and drive out there it would be after 6:00pm BUT since it's once a month might be a good reason to take off work a little early and the tear down was done QUICKLY!

I'll be bothering some of you next match to run a vid camera and I'd be glad to return the favor as long as you don't mind some interesting commentation :-) it's good to finally start putting names to faces. Later,

Kirk

Guys thanks a mess! I got the first one under my belt, all my stuff ran great and I placed much better than I thought I would! it was a great time now I just need to figure out what I need to work on, first is counting and breathing LOL

Again thanks fella's. Later,

Having videos of the stages you shot, is priceless. When I am lucky enough to have my stages filmed, I watch them over and over right after the match to see what I could do differently.
