Consistently Inconsistent
Opened a new box of Federal .40 S&W and one of the rounds has a different primer in it. Anybody tell me what it may be? All have a shiny silver primer except for this 1 copper color one.
What's wrong here?

Might be a Willy Wonka kinda thing. I'd check website for contest rules. ;-)
