What is the best place to buy cardboard targets?

I want to buy some NRA D1 targets to live-fire practice for the GSSF match coming up in May.

Also, I might get some USPSA targets.

Targetbarn looks like they have a good price, $69/100. I didn't see the NRA D1 target on shooters connection.

Are sticks and stands available at the OKCGC or do I need to buy my own sticks?

Bring your own sticks.

There are usually stands left in the bays, but buying your own is a good idea at this point.
