Noticed this on the waiver for a match I am thinking of going to. Does it seem odd to anyone or is this typical and I've been missing it:

-------------

Student/Shooter agrees not to engage in negative remarks, comments, actions or statements regarding the Company or **** and **** and if he/she does will be responsible for all sums, damages and attorney fees. (**** are names of the directors)

-------------

I'm not planning on bashing anyone over the match and haven't yet been to a match that I don't have vastly positive comments about, but this seemed a bit odd to me.

They'd weird! Makes you think it's gonna be a great match/class!!!

If they're so sensitive to criticism that they make you sign away your right to say things that might hurt their feelings, I would stay away from their match.

Seems like they're used to people not liking them. Perhaps they shouldn't make a reputation of being assholes.

Didn't post what match at first, seems like any mention of IDPA usually derails a thread pretty quickly

Arkansas state is at Nighthawk this year, right? They put on a top notch match.

lmao

How much money do you guys spend on clothes to wear to a major match like this? I still haven't gotten a clear answer as to whether or not I can shoot in my red and gold paisley smoking jacket.

If it covers your gun, holster and gear with your arms outstretched to your side, your good to go. You'd be stylin'! I think I spent $50 bucks on a 511 vest.

Hell yeah!! Cool! Thanks, Stan!
