ussa 3 gun question.

What do you guys think about moving the 3 gun match to the 3rd weekend? This would provide more time for set up, not be the day after once 3gun. We do not have a match as of right now at ussa on the 3rd weekend. What do you guys say? If you like it where it is we will leave it if you want to move it we will.

3rd weekend is better. I find myself saying screw the drive I'll shoot OKC instead. Run it on Saturday and Sunday so we can generate more revenue for the club and so I can come up both days to shoot two divisions.

If you move, I prefer the 3rd Sunday. Currently for me, the 4th weekend works better since I don't have many local Kansas matches and I can get both the USPSA and 3 Gun in during one trip. Either way, I am drive 4 hours to get there and with my work schedule, won't be shooting it as often as the closer OK shooters.

With 3GN pro series the next two months at USSA let's do May 26th (4th Sunday) and June 16th (3rd Sunday) if we keep picking up shooters we will stay with 3rd Sunday. We will have 3GN classifiers at future matches.

Okcgc 3gun is on the 4th Saturday so being the 3rd Saturday does not affect that.

Hopefully if that's what he wanted he would have stated so in the original post. Maybe he also wants input from those that currently don't have the option of shooting on the current date but would be able to if it is moved. With that being said I also would think that the opinions of the regulars would weigh heavier than those that don't currently shoot the match.
