RO seminar in Rogers Ark. on March 28 & 29, the cost is $40 per student and the instructor will be Troy McManus.
Location will be at Parkers Indoor Range

Dang, that might be an idea. I'd love to get more involved in USPSA on the officiating side.

If you're serious about any shooting sport the USPSA RO class is a must. All the other rule books are created from theirs.

I may have a bit of trouble getting authorization since I'll be gone the entire weekend prior at the Lead Farm 3 gun match, but I'll give it the old college try.
