USPSA @ OKCGC Saturday September 3rd

I shot pretty well today. I slowed down as much as I could to make sure I was getting my best hits. The tension was pretty high for a while, since I hadn't shot USPSA in about five months. My technique and reloads were great, but I DQ'ed myself on Stage 1, which was my squad's second to last stage. I put my gun and magazine on the table about 30 seconds before I should have, with no RO present. The only bad part about it, other than my informal behavior, was that I won't get credit for the classifier. The RO seemed to want to let it slide, but we agreed to play by the rules. I target-taped and reset steel for the remainder of that stage and our last stage.

I was happy to have "iX Caliber" back. Cyrwus did a great job!!

Sights and trigger are great - I was hoping to win on accident but I need more practice and trigger time.

I can't wait to shoot some tomorrow and more this month.

I did do well on the classifier - it shows 4.63 but I actually shot it 4.36 It was too late for John to change it, but my squad and most importantly - I know how I shot that stage
