USPSA Mission Count and Nationals Slots

Can someone explain how the USPSA mission count is calculated and how that effects a sections allotted slots for Nationals?

So how does a section get activity credits? Paid classifier dues?

What I'm getting at is since nationals is close to those of us in OK could we all pay for a production classifier every month to run up out credits to get more slots? Not saying anyone would do that but I'm curious if it would work.

The more people that shoot a division the more slots we get.

But how do they know who's shooting? Do non USPSA members count too? Is it recorded by classifiers turned in?

Heck I might need to start a club and shoot all production 4 times a month to guarantee I get a slot
