I am going to buy a timer for practice, any thoughts on which ones are best buys?

CED 7000 is the only one I have found to be reliable for everything including suppressed .22's.

I have 2 CED7000's. had them 2 years and still going strong. I like the small size but reading the numbers can be tough at times.

It seems most of the stuff I have is prone to seasonal migration on occassion:) Sometimes it migrates back!

I use the CED 7000, too. I didn't know some of the terminology used for timing shooting and dry-firing, so it was interesting to use at first, and the directions could be better. But it's also easy to figure out.
