and as long as Puerto Rico remains in its limbo status as a commonwealth, the borders will NEVER be secure in the lower USA. Too many other latino illegals get through there disguised as Puerto Rican nationals with fake and/or duplicate IDs. It is long overdue to either make it a state or cut it off, they get far too many benefits as the place sits right now.
