Colorado's House just passed a law banning concealed carry on college campuses. Colorado's universities have had campus carry with zero incidents that I am aware of other than soiled Tory underwear. One of the reps speaking in support of it said:

?It?s why we have call boxes, it?s why we have safe zones, it?s why we have the whistles. Because you just don?t know who you?re gonna be shooting at,? he said during a legislative hearing. ?And you don?t know if you feel like you?re gonna be raped, or if you feel like someone?s been following you around or if you feel like you?re in trouble and when you may actually not be, that you pop out that gun and you pop ? pop a round at somebody.?

That's right, you stupid, drunk, redneck, ignorant gun owning women -- you may not know when you're being raped. W.T.F. :x

This crap pisses me off to no end. I went to undergrad with veterans studying on the GI bill. A professor who had to deal with a mentally ill and threatening student in class with delayed police response was in my CWP class. My wife has to go on college campuses from time to time and despite being a certified firearms instructor she is disarmed. Not everyone on a college campus is a marijuana smoking alcoholic 18 year old idiot.

Make no mistake: The Tory gun grabbers hate you on a personal level, don't care if you are raped or injured, and think you are a complete idiot with no judgement.

When I was sixteen, I attended a University for one semester as an Honor student. That summer there was a serial rapist wandering the campus. As far as I know, little was done to protect the women, and efforts to catch him were pitiful at best.

Because of my age and situation, an instructor at a nearby gym let me join his Haganah classes for free. It was good training, but I'd rather have a gun and never risk getting that close to someone intending to harm me. I can also promise that even all that training wouldn't matter against any man 5" and 50 lbs bigger than me. Don't ask me how I know.

I'm pretty sure that Dr. Jill Biden can figure out how to use any simple tool she puts her mind to. She should be smart enough to look at all the nice secret service men with MP-5s and M-16s and say, "You know, Joe, I think I'll take one of those instead."

Moreover, his use of force advice is plain WRONG. If you start shooting at random noises in your yard you'll likely go to jail. Or you'll die with an empty gun in your hands, because you blasted off both of your two rounds as "warning shots."

Antigun bigots strike again.

A woman testified in Colorado. She had been raped on a gun free campus; she had a concealed carry permit but left her gun at home due to the law. The rapist attacked her right in front of the college police station. He had a gun in the "gun free zone." He went on to rape two more women and kill one. She feels strongly that if she had been armed, she could have survived the attack without being raped.

A State Senator told her that she was wrong and that she was 83 times more likely to be victimized with her gun; the gun would just be taken from her and used against her. The State Senator does not think that women can effectively carry firearms.

What a misogynist hypocrite -- and she is a hypocrite, as she is protected by armed female cops. These people HATE YOU. They want to see wives, daughters, and mothers raped. They see you as a bigger threat than a rapist.

These types of anti-self-defense terrorists are dangerous. They are angry, smug, self-righteous and actually enable criminals. It's one thing to simply be of the belief that people shouldn't have guns. You can talk to those people rationally. It's a whole other thing to be like these loonies.

They have mental issues. I read this a while ago and I seems applicable.
