I had some interest from a member in Charleston, but I'm in the Upstate. Can anyone tell me the process for handling an in-state long distance sale: transfer, shipping (how and cost), payment, etc. I've never done one. Being as this is no large dollar amount for the rifle, I wouldn't want to add to much to the price for shipping = poor man's version.

Get his FFL's information. Call the FFL for instructions. Some don't do transfers from non ffl holders so you want to check.
