We had a blast today, It was great to meet you guys.

The Palmetto Shooters grill made it in one piece and stands ready for the fall shoot. 8-)

Hope everyone had a safe and fun day. I had planned on being there but my afternoon was already planned out for me. I knew that an almost 2 hour drive each way wouldn't allow me much time to spend there. Next time everyone meets up again, I'll be there.

I learned several things at the Shootzenfest. Bring plenty of ammo. bring interesting firearms and most importantly, plan to spend the day meeting people who you'll want to get together with again. I hated having to leave before I could return the favor and let you guys try out some of my toys. I'm looking forward to the next one and agree with Pop, we should shoot :D for having an Upstate shoot, a Grand Strand shoot, a Midlands shoot and a Low Country shoot. Thanks for a great day.
Dave

hope everyone had a good time. Drill weekend for me so no joy. Combat shoot Wednesday and taking the AR out to a friend land next weekend so I'll get my fix.

First off...Yesturday was a great time...Sorry for those of you that couldn't be there...You missed a great day...and I do meanday...
Frost. Pops. and myself got there at 9:00 anf I finally left about 4:30....

I still haven't figured up how much ammo I used up...but, it wasn't enough...

It was a great time, and I want to thank all that came. And a big thanks to Clicker....most everyone had left by the time Clicker could make it...TO BAD....He brought all his full auto and silenced toys....

I know that I shot at least 120 rounds of my .223 through his short barreled M-16.....Damn I love that thing...

I need a full auto.....anyone got one to trade...got a nice Harley Davidson....No, not really...but it would be nice to have one...OMG...

Again, thanks to all that showed up, and, glad you liked my favorite hot dogs...

Steve

I had a great time.
I enjoyed meeting y'all face to face and getting to check out your toys.

I especially enjoyed playing with Clickers toys.
Thanks Clicker!

I am really looking forward to the Fall Shootzenfest.

Thanks for the kind words fellas. Sorry I could not get there sooner but had the work thing to contend with.

I had the range almost to myself after you guys left, just myself and two other groups of shooters. I scored even more brass for reloading!

Got the suppressed Savage in 22LR dialed in a little tighter and I'm happy to report my first ever 308 reloads functioned great thru the HK G3. (shot 'em semi cuz I'm a wuss) Needs a port buffer tho as it dents the brass up pretty good.

Never did break out the AK47, HK53, the 22LR upper for the M16 or any of the pistols.

I'm really stoked about how well my new MP5 clone shot. This was only the second time out with that gun and it ran perfect. The only issue was the one FTF when the mag was not fully inserted. Best of all was the Beta Cmag works in it, hard not to love 100 rounds of 9mm blasting.

I enjoyed the shoot and learned how much fun a 20 rd drum of 12 gauge shot shells in the Saiga can be. Thanks Frost.

Although fordnut worked hard to pull this together I didn't get even a single one of his world famous hotdogs, so I call BS on how tasty they were, at least until I sample one myself. Also it should be against range rules for him to bring his AR15 with that damn Timney trigger. I have not been able to shake the thought of that awesome trigger outta my mind ever since. Gee thanks Steve now I've got one more thing on the "must have" list.

Thanks again for having me & I'm in for the next ShootenFest - just say when.

Clicker: Call me; 843-209-2490....I have 2 hot dogs left that you can fix at home, then you will see how good they are...Just don't wait too long...I may have to eat them myself...

I love your M16....I wish that I would have tried my upper on your lower...I just thought I was out of ammo...Maybe next time...

I go to the range almost every weekend....

Steve

Oh yeah there are some pictures all right. Ask them to post the one of some one loading a Sten mag while holding it in a "certain" position!

Did any of you guys take pictures?

May took a couple before her phone died.

I must say Boggy Head is a nice facility.

That is some good shots...You know...kind of looked like a Gypse camp behind my truck....Or, just an armed encampment...

Wish my phone would take pics like that...Thanks for the pics...and the good time...

Steve

those are good shots. I took a few too, but I may have to claim that my camera broke!
I may scarf some of your shots for the front page. I'll give you credit for them.

I really enjoyed meeting everybody. My shoulder is still a little sore from the 12 gauge.
The weather was very good for a gathering like this.

thanx to everybody who participated!

No worries, She would have taken more but but found out she didn't have the charger with her and mine takes crappy pics. Those shots you took are good ones too.
