Buns
grill
charcoal
mustard and kectup
napkins
2 cases of water
will have cooler full of ice
6' table for dogs and stuff
Chile and pot to cook it in
Can anyone else think of anything else that is needed...

Steve

I don't know if they have electricity, is the pot a stove top?
I'll try to get anything missing so far. I have a bag of charcoal. is the grill a gas grill?
We need to make a list of missing details.
the plan is to come down Friday evening,
I'm getting geared up over the fest.

I have picked up a bag of charcoal.
I have an old pan just to set on the back of the grill for the chille...

I have thought about one of those fold-up canopies...but, my truck is getting kind of full....and I still have to have some place to put guns and ammo.....

Steve

Since there aren't any facilities maybe everybody ought to bring a shovel and TP, Or make note of the local pit stop on the way in.

I'm just saying.

Napkins aren't enough and paper towels are rough, TP is just right.

BTW is anybody bringing their wives or girlfriends?

Sure bring your girlfriends and wives friends and neighbors.
The more the merrier.

Hey what kind of guns are y'all bringing?

Closest facilities to Boggy Head Range are;

exit Boggy Head, turn left onto Boggy Head road (the dirt road). Cross Highway 41 (on other side is Bethera Rd.) Take Bethera Rd. for 2-2.5 miles. There is a small country store on the left just before the train tracks.

Guns I will bring...
Kimber 3",Rock Island5". and S&W 25-2 .45 acp's
S&W 6" .44 Mag.
Sig P238 .380
2 AR-15's M4's
SKS
Nosiant Nagant
I will also bring a couple of rounds of ammo for all of the above...

FNG here. Saw this on that other board Frost loves so much and had to register here just to say I'd like to come since BH is my range of choice whenever I get to shoot anyway.
I have to work for part of the day but should make it out there by mid afternoon.
I have a new to me MP5 type pistol that I'm breaking in and my bud just bought a MP5K model pistol he needs to test fire also.
I read fordnut's post about shooting full auto back in January and I believe that was our group that offered him the machine gun. (I'm the guy that hangs the screen material from the rafters to catch brass)
Anyway hope to see you guys there and have some fun trigger time.

Clicker: Yes, you guy let me shoot the M-16....real glad you found the website...and, hope to see you guy there Saturday...

Steve

Welcome clicker! I believe we met at one of Andy's shoots a while back.

Stuff I'm bringing to shoot: One of my AR's and AK's and maybe one of the FAL's. As for sale stuff a Turk Mauser that Dave29461 is buying and some misc small stuff.

Hi Frost, thanks for the welcome, it will good to finally get you at the range with some FA toys!
Schultz we did meet at Andy's shoot last year. We got there about the time the deputy shut it down.
Looking forward to turning some money into noise!

I am going to try to post easy route to Boggy Head thru Monck's Corner. I have a Google map, if it will link:

http://maps.google.com/help/maps/street ... -view.html

Go thru Monck's Corner on 17-A. Stay on 17-a to Jamestown...about 7 miles from MC, look for Bethea Road. There will be a school roze sign. After the sign, you will see a right turn to the school. This is Bethea road...
Stay on this road...It is maybe 12 miles(just a guess) The road will dead end on highway 41...At the stop sign, look straight ahead. There is a dirt road, and A sign next to it that says Boggy Head Rifle Range...Drive down this dirt road for about 1000 yards, and....you are there...
