Shooting competitions on TV

Perhaps I don't watch ESPN "the OCHO" enough, but why aren't there any uspsa, idpa, three gun, etc. competitions on TV at all? I see bowling, billiards, and poker (which I do love)find their way on to the boob tube, but never any shooting sports. I for one would definitely watch them if they made their way to the local channel even.

The VS (Versus) channel has a show called 3Gun nation. The season ended but from what I understand it will be back for a second season. We had a few locals that made it on the show last season & I expect they'll have quite a bit of face time next season as well.

Shooting USA covets the shooting sports. They hit Bianchi cup, the high power stuff at Camp Perry, 3 gun nationals, ProAm in Tulsa, USPSA and ISPs nationals. It's a great show.

It's on channel 250 on cox which I believe Is the outdoor channel. I wish cox would get the damn sportsmans channel.
