Thank you all, this is not a campain speech, but what I see is the members are out of the loop of what is going on inside the section, so what I would like for people to do is send me your email address to [email protected]. This way I can listen to your concerns,ideas, or bitches on the way things are going, and I can report of what I am trying to do. I am trying to open up the line of communication to everyone in the section to hear your ideas not just the club reps. The biggest thing coming up is the slots for the Production Nationals at USSA, how do we distribute them out? I believe that I've got a fair way that rewards the people that shoot the Oklahoma Section. So please send me your email and give me your ideas!

I usually just sign up and pay the match fee so the section gets more credits towards Nationals slots. People start hating in you when you win every match. I don't want to be that guy.

Eligibility for 2013 slots should already be determined by participation levels in 2012.
Better start working on 2014 if you didnt shoot a bunch of Production last year.

That would have been a great system to have HAD in place. Too bad it's always been a mystery to all of us how this all works. I'm glad Rob has decided to start communicating with the Section. With the forums and social media it should be easy nowadays.

Mystery? The section gets the slots based on what is submitted from monthly matches to USPS.. Each club got them from the coordinator then the club handed them to the members they chose... at least that's how I was told it worked last year.

Thats what your section bylaws stipulate. The S/C distributes them to the clubs based on the mission count$.

I received one from ATA and used it to attend the LPR nationals
