[SIZE=medium]Man oh man; it was a hot one today.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]We had a couple of issues with the set up of the match.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]First, I ran the One on One drag race at the beginning of the match, with groups starting as they were finishing. This has 1 one of the groups finishing much sooner than the rest. Next time, we will run the One on One, as optional, after the ProAm match (but might wait until after the summer.)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]Second, we had some confusion on which groups had shot what stages, and one of the stages got torn down before one of the squads could finish. I tried to figure out what the best way would be to score this. I though allow the best score of other groups in the stage, or an average of the other 3 stages. Either way, that is not fair to the other shooters. I have included this 4 stage equivalent score and show in the scores, but still showing these shooters as DNF (including me.) So sorry guys, if you were about to shoot that stage, you can shoot for free next time. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]We had 24 shooter shooting 30 guns, including 4 shotguns and 2 carbines. We had 5 members of our military shoot with us today, and to show our appreciation for the great work they do for us, they got to shoot our match for free.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]Thanks to Mitch for making the trip from OKC to shoot with us.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]Mitch Harrignton took the best overall score, cleaning out all stages. Kelly took 1st in PI with Ian not far behind. Garrett had the 2nd best overall score shooting shotgun, and cleaned 3 stages.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]On the One on One, Kelly took PI, Cody Schreck took Shotgun, and Vince took RFRO.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]Although the Tie Breaker stage was not needed, check out the scores. Ian took PI, and Alex Thoman had the best overall score with his shotgun[/SIZE]

I do not know what the price will be, but I assumesomewhere around the $2,000 range. As you know, this is a rare opportunity, as there is long waiting list to join our club. our facilities include several other activities besides competition tactical shooting, such as fishing ponds, club houses, etc. If you are interested, please send me an email.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]Second, I have recently changed jobs. My new work will require me to travel more than I have been; at least for the first few weeks. I will be out of town for our next two matches (Steel Challenge at Oil Capital and at USSA.) I am tring to find out if somebody else can run them or if we will need to cancel.
