Was curious if any of yall have played with your QD mounts to see how true they stay after being taken off and put back on. I just got an ADM QD mount and a DMS-1 (thanks Deacon). Once I get a chance to zero it, I plan to see how it does, but was curious if any of you guys had done similar tests.

Please tell me what mounts you have tried it with, as well as optics, just for a reference, since you would be more likely to notice more of a difference with a high magnification scope than an aimpoint.

All of my LaRue mounts return to zero. Not just close but actual zero. I take my scope off and put a red dot on when I drop in my .22lr conversion kit then switch em back.

My ADM-QD retains its zero as long as I mount it in the precise position it was mounted before.

I was always curous about that myself. so as lone as you put them in the same place they was they work fine.
