ProAm this Sat 8-16-14 @ Oil Capital

ProAm match this Saturday 8-16-14 at Oil Capital Rod & Gun Club.
Signup starts at 9:30am, and shooting at 10:00am.

$15 to shoot, $10 for OC members, and as always, free of charge to LEOs and active military. (Maybe $5 for a second gun, but depending on number of shooters.)

Divisions: Center fire pistol, revolver, rimfire pistol, and rimfire rifle, with open and iron sights division on each.

All dropping steel targets. (We will have a secondary match with 2 tactical stages for sequencing purposes as well. These will serve as our tie breaker.)

Got a stage suggestion? Send it this way. Look for an email with the stage course of fire in the next couple of days.

As I mentioned last month, Troy made more targets for us, so we will have a higher round count per stage. Round count will be 180 minimum, assuming no misses.

Lots of movement and reloads, but still 22 friendly.

If you are in good shape, we will greatly appreciate any help tearing down after the match, but no pressure if you want to leave or can't help.

As always, we have plaques for 1st place winners (still working on a ProAm exclusive new design for these.)

This is what I was thinking for stages on Saturday.
Minimum round count at 190.
We ran the Aters stage recently, but I wanted another shot at it. I might come up with a different one.
Still open to suggestions. We can replace one with the One on One if you guys want.

Damn it!! I'm working AND Renato never mentioned we could run shotguns!!

Perhaps I'll bring the shotguns on Labor Day......

Several of you have asked me about shotgun.
So we will give it a shot. (Bryan, will let you know how it goes and will to decide.)
I will place targets in a way that we do not hit our walls or target backboard poles.
And yes, we will, we will do the tie breakers as well.
This will be the first time we will have a shotgun division, so bear with me.
Your shotgun can be a first gun, or your second one, depending on how many shooters we get.
