(Double Header Weekend: ProAm on Sat and Steel Challenge on Sun)

ProAm match this Saturday 6-21-14 at Oil Capital Rod & Gun Club.
Signup starts at 9:30am, and shooting at 10:00am.

$15 to shoot, !0 for OC members, and as always, free of charge to LEOs and active military. (Maybe $5 for a second gun, but depending on number of shooters.)

Divisions: Center fire pistol, revolver, rimfire pistol, and rimfire rifle, with open and iron sights division on each.

All dropping steel targets

(We will have a secondary match with 2 tactical stages for sequencing purposes as well. These will serve as our tie breaker.)

Round count is 170 minimum, assuming no misses, and depending how far you go on the one on one stage.

Lots of movement and reloads, but still 22 friendly.

If you are in good shape, we will greatly appreciate any help tearing down after the match, but no pressure if you want to leave or can't help.

As always, we have plaques for 1st place winners (working on a ProAm exclusive new design for these.)

And don't forget about our Steel Challenge match the day after.

Here are the stages stage course of fire I was thinking of.
We shot Elle a few months ago, but the par time was too low. So I wanted to try it with an extra 10 sec on the clock.
You guys might remember Intruders from our pre-falling-target days. It will be interesting to try it with our new plates.
As you can tell, one of the secondary stages will look a lot like our one on one... so we can replace one of the ProAm stages with it, or if enough of you want to stay, we can shoot it after the regular match.

Still open to stage suggestions.

(2 days, 2 matches, lots of targets, lots of different scenarios... can't wait for this weekend.)

I just noticed a clerical error on the stage descriptions:
Hurry Hurry will have a third, both hands, string. I will fix the description and post it later.

And don't forget we will have a second ProAm match this month on the fifth Sunday, 6-29-14.

We have a 2 Texas stars, and we are working in converting one to rimfire. So don't be surprised if these just happen to show up on one of the stages.
