ProAm this Sat 3-15-14 @ Oil Capital

We will have a ProAm match this Saturday March 15 at Oil Capital Rod & Gun Club.
Signup starts at 9:30am, and shooting at 10:00am
All dropping steel targets in 5 stages.
The fifth one will be the One On One elimination stage, which will also be used as the tie braker.
(We will have a secondary tactical match with 2 stages for sequencing purposes as well.)
Round count is 142 minimum, assuming no misses, and depending on how far you go on the one on one


Lots of movement and reloads, but still 22 friendly.

Weather looks great, with the temperature being forecasted at 70 degrees.

Open to stage suggestion, bus this is what I was thinking (see att'd.)

Divisions: Center fire pistol, revolver, rimfire pistol, and rimfire rifle, with open and ironsights division on each.

FYI, tonight is our club board meeting. I am going to request the board they allow us to have a permanently scheduled monthly ProAm match on the 3rd Saturday of the month. Will let you know what was decided as soon as I find out.

If you are in good shape, we will greatly appreciate any help tearing down after the match. but no pressure if you want to leave or can't help.

As always, we have plaques for 1st place winners.

Cost to shoot is $15, $10 for Oil Capital members, $5 for a second gun.
as always, LEOs shoot for free.

The board approved it last night!!!
We now have a scheduled monthly ProAm match on the 3rd Saturday.
Need to ask the moderators to add it to the calendar.
I sure need the support of all to keep it. Oil Capital is a private club with a lot of non-tactical shooters. But the club needs money. I need everybody's help keeping this match profitable by attending as many of our matches as possible.

The weather forecast called for rain starting Friday, but keeps improving.
Now it says rain will develop in the afternoon on Saturday.
It looks like we are in good shape.
