Ordered a receiver extension for my ar15. Few days later received package with a 30 round clip. Sent 3 emails with no response, called three times waited in excess of 30 minutes for customer service. The first time I called I waited forty minutes only to say hello then the call was dropped. Second time waited thirty two minutes and the phone went to a busy signal. Third time got through after waiting 38 minutes and explained my problem. Hope things go better from here.

were you the guy who put the bad comment on Armslist?

FWIW, you need to drive up there & see it for yourself.

it's controlled chaos, and they are handling it as well as could be expected.

when I was there, at the warehouse, they were down to one register, and there was a line around one side to pay, and a line around the other side to do paperwork/buy parts

they are just people, and they are being overrun by customers. you can only do so much.
they were nice polite, and decent.

and most of the customers were exceptionally polite & patient, i was much more impressed with the quality of the customers, the working men in there buying guns with thier own money,
than the people in Walmart buying stuff with my money

we had a great time at PSA today.

called 5 min before openning and got no answer. called 2 min after 10 and got a busy signal. hung up and called right back and had an informative chat. i asked for what i was looking for and , sadly mostly was told they didnt have it.

they said the new store had what i wanted, gave me their number and the first call i got them, confirmed what i could and could not get. this was all on the way there. have confidence.

carbines......$799.00
300 blackout camo carbine.....$1029.00
p mags.....$19.99
complete upper RECIEVER......$99.00

not much else in parts and ammo. they ran out of 223 while i was there.

we ran out of time or we would have gone to the Farrow rd store looking for a low profile gas block. that and a bolt(and or not) carrier for 762x39 and the 762x39 upper will be assembled.

PSA has had little-to-no Customer Service presence for the past few years. You experienced nothing that dozens of others haven't already shared on every single gun forum many times over.

They are NOT forum sponsors.
This means they are too cheap to buy a few t-shirts or hot dogs for the people who shop there.

I know people have had problems with them. But I've never had one. Ordered a thousand .22 rounds on the 4th.....it was at my house on the 7th. Not sure what the fuss is all about.

I'm always kind of surprised they don't support the forum - it's not like it is a huge advertising cost. And I'm not sure if they think we're the 'wrong people' to advertise to.

Personally, I've never had a problem other than sloooooow shipping. The guys at the warehouse store at least are very helpful.

I ordered a sling, sling mount, and armorer's tool from them, it took two or three weeks, but I got everything I ordered and it was a pretty good deal. I have no problems with them.

Every company out there has to make tough decisions about who/what to support, so I don't hold that against them much. I'll support whoever treats me right. I'm sure they don't think this forum is bad or anything. Keep in mind they probably get hundreds of similar requests.

Search this forum. You will find many references to PSA having this or that, great prices, etc. And good product. But if you dig a bit, you might find some complaints about online orders. They are on my online blacklist. I ordered a couple of times. once they screwed up the order and took forever and a day to correct it; the other time they just took forever. So, if you must... go to the store.
