Optics For Rifle in 3 gun

Jared, how do the subtensions match up to impact on target?
Yes they are, with a 200 yrd zero its as close as i can get it. Leupold suggests 62g 5.56 type velocity to achieve the correct subtensions. I zerod my 69 smk at 300 and rang the steel at gen3gun farthest steel which i think was 410 yards. The .5 moa dot in the center helped a lot. The spr firedot reticle completely covered the target at the texas 3g championship. Thats why i switched it

Yeah, I hope to see 1 moa center dots fade away like a bad memory
The bigger ring is 5 moa. With my 300 yard zero i held on the 400 yrd target with the outer edge of the ring. Everything in from 250 i put center dot at bottom of target.
