Yes they are, with a 200 yrd zero its as close as i can get it. Leupold suggests 62g 5.56 type velocity to achieve the correct subtensions. I zerod my 69 smk at 300 and rang the steel at gen3gun farthest steel which i think was 410 yards. The .5 moa dot in the center helped a lot.
