Relaying a message from the folks at Old Fort.

Trigger Time at Old Fort !!

Start this Sunday, July 17. Double Special Classifier match. Here's how it will work. NOTE EARLY START TIME! Sign in at 0900, Shooters meeting at 0930.

We will shoot five Classifiers -- 03-05, 08-02, 09-08, 06-06 and 99-10. Add a field course, aptly named "No Paper?" A 31 round COF, and not a single paper target

Total of 109 rounds, but the match will shoot real fast. Count on being through in a couple hours. We'll take a break for lunch (bring your own), re-target, and sign in again around noon. Get out a different gun, and shoot the entire match again starting at 1230. That's five Classifiers each with two different guns, and finish by mid-afternoon.

To make things even better, we are offering a SUMMER SALE on two matches. If you only want to shoot the match once, pick either morning or afternoon for the regular price of $15. If you want to shoot the match twice, pay only $10 for the second go around. What a deal!!

Then, get out the long guns, it is Multi gun time at Old Fort on Sunday, July 31. Deb Pankratz and her Multi gun crew have put together 5 great stages. Round count looks like this: handgun, 42 rounds; rifle, 44 rounds, shotgun birdshot, 38 rounds, and 6 slugs. Everything is on the pistol bays, so longest rifle shot will be maybe 50 yards. Sign in at 0930, shooters meeting at 1000. Cost is still just $15

I'm looking at going down to the afternoon match, if anyone wants a ride from the Tulsa area. I know it will be hot but I don't want to get around early enough for the morning match.
