Can you do 3 shots on the top plate really fast instead of 2 shots on top plate and 1 shot on the back of the bottom plate?

I don't think I'm fast enough for three on top. It's hard to hit the second one. You've gotta really short stroke the trigger to get that kinda split on a shotgun.
