PM me if you want to go, there's room. and the more we get the cheaper the gas is. My phone says it takes 2 hrs so it probably takes 1 hr 45 or 1 hr 30. if we leace by 7:30, that'll give us plenty of time to stop and grab breakfast and snacks for the day.

I think a lot of confidence was built with that slug shot. We will back it out to 100 for next month! It will be a little bigger but a much harder shot. We will shoot the star instead of the platerack this time with rifle, and I personally will be running a magnet across everyone's ammo as we have a few shot marks from last match.

BTW what is a Texas Star?

What was the distance last match, 30yrds?
If you're taking requests, I'd like a chance for some revenge on those damn flippers. :angry:

Will the star be loose or tied? I think I already know the answer.

It's a large star that has plates at each point. When you knock off a plate it gets out of balance and start to spin. Knock off another plate, it affects the spin as well. Depending on which plate is knocked of it may change direction of spin or speed up etc...This continues until each of the 5 plates are knocked off.

The star will be free spinning. We might even weight it and activate it with a small popper. It actually makes it easier to hit if it is spinning.
The slug shot will be an ABC target at 100 or paper.
