NRA Conventional Smallbore Rifle Prone Regional Tournament @ Southern Oklahoma Sportsman's Club

Just wanted to add that this is a Regional match and different from our monthly matches. If you don't have a NRA smallbore classification this would be a great time to do so. This will be a 2 day match with iron sights shot on Saturday and scope Sunday.

Noooobody shotst smallbore?? I know most everyone here shoots pistol or 3-gun just thought I might find a shooter or 2.

Wanted to bump this to the top. We have a big regional this weekend and everyone is welcome.

Can you give more info on it please?
I'm assuming slow fire, but are there time limits? Caliber or rifle restrictions? Distance? Spotting scopes allowed?

Thanks Bryan but yep its all planed out per NRA.

Matt,

Yes it is all slow fire 20 min per match (stage) using a smallbore (22lr) rifle only. Sat is metallic/iron sights and Sun is scope. You can shoot either day or both. Spotting scopes are allowed. The distance is 50 and 100 yards prone.(no bi-pods)

Click the link in my first post. It takes you to the club page then click the link "entry form" That has all the info you need and should answer all questions. If you still have some let me know.

It might sound slow, old and boring to some of you but if you think you a good shot with your 22 come give this a try. If you don't want to shoot in a big match we do a monthly that's more laid back. We are only about a hr south of OKC come down watch and go eat some bbq at Smoken Joes.
