Just stopped by to say hi. We will be moving to SC within a month (Pickens County) will be looking for places to shoot and all the good guns shops. Will have a 200 yard range at my house. Anyone looking for a place to shoot or someone to shoot with give me a shout. I mostly shoot cast bullets out of all by guns.

Welcome! I expect anyone who has his own 200 yard range to be able to make lots of friends!

In terms of large gun stores there is an Academy Sports in Easley. Here in Greenville we have Academy, Cabelas and Palmetto State Armory. As for locally owned stores I'd recommend Grady's Great Outdoors in Anderson and The Gun Shop in Walhalla.

If you like shooting cast bullets let me suggest that you check out the cowboy action matches in Belton (2nd Saturdays so they shoot next weekend) and Greenville (4th Sunday). All we shoot in cowboy are lead bullets on steel targets.
