New guy from Oklahoma City

I have read some stuff on this site before but this is the first time I have posted. I mostly shoot handguns but I am interested in getting into AR shooting. I am considering getting the Armalite M-15 3gun rifle however I have only seen it online. Does anyone know of somewhere in the Oklahoma city or Dallas area where I could check one out? Thanks!

I honestly don't think any stores stock specialty ARs or competition guns of any form at least here in OKC or I just don't shop at the right ones.

Welcome to the forum. If you want to shoot a standard AR-15, you might check out H&H gun range. I think they usually keep one or two hanging on the wall for rental at their range.

A match rifle is a bit more complicated and customized the way the competitor wants it.

Check H&H for a Combat Shooter CS-15, it's as close as I could get to a 3 Gun ready without gunsmith. Has a HiperTouch 24E trigger, nice handguard & rail, and good iron sights. Has a brake/compensator hybrid. Most everyone (guys & girls) that shoots it, says they like it and how nice it shoots. Met the owner of the Company at a conference, real decent guy. If there was a con, you can't be stingy with the lube but I think that was more of a newbie learning error on my part. 4 hour Carbine class, many mags, lots of rounds, heated it up pretty good and it jammed...needed more lube. Guess it's like a car thing, can't let it run out of oil...the blonde struggle is real sometimes.
