Retired military 21 years 3 months 17 days 34 minutes but who was counting...
Allergic to lead & politicians.
Never married several sons all politicians.
Actually happily married 43 years...16 grandkids...
Been reading the comments in this site for some time about guns, but had to join & respond when one member started badmouthing our great president.
America is a great nation that's why so many are trying to tear it apart.

Thank you for your service, and appreciate you letting others know your thoughts on the President!

congrats on the long marriage and many sons!

I too escaped New York City when I joined the USAF in 1967. I never wanted to live there again. I live in Northern Nevada in Elko.

Thanks for the Welcome abroad from all you guys.
Funny didn't want to leave NYC but once I realized that Statin Island was not the country & the Statin Island ferry was not an ocean voyage. Never wanted to go back to the city. Most of my fellow Marines that were from NYC not NY never wanted to go back to the city. My area no trees just concrete & the birds coughed...Came back after the fall of Saigon to see the Bronx in flames.

Hey we are all Brothers. Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. Thank you for your service.

Welcome to a great Forum that likes to talk about a great gun. I escaped from
New Jersey to Pennsylvania, a great gun State, for now.

I live in rural Morris County between Council Grove and Herington.

Where do you shoot?

And no, not an artist.

Feel free to PM me.

Welcome from Michigan. Congrats Sir.. Thank You for your many years of service. I totally agree as well, I never liked our last Presidents policies but never showed any disrespect. I escaped myself many years ago, from Cali land that is. Proud to be an American... [emoji631]

Welcome Pierre, and thank you for patriotically speaking up!

I'm not saying it's this sites fault, but I too have noticed that there have been some clever trolls masquerading as 1911 enthusiasts on this site in the past, "skillfully" stirring up trouble by presenting misinformation. We had a guy proclaiming he was a proud resident of Seattle who started attacking the NRA awhile back. All the "proof" he presented was articles from leftist media (NYT, WaPo, etc.) that were also participating in the same attack on the NRA,... he presented the attack as his opinion, "proven" by the "sources." This is a tactic typical of communist "community organizer" propaganda. But I'm probably preaching to choir now, so enough of that, and again, Welcome!
