Well a lot has changed since last year, so time for a quick update.
A number of clubs sat together and drafted up a calendar with 12 official matches, called the LVR Challenge Belgium 2014.
As a result of this 2014 Challenge they scored some sponsors with main sponsor being CZ (first prize is an Evo 3 S1)
Good thing that only us lowly Belgians can win the hardware, we don't want guys like Jesse and others come over and snatch our prizes from under our noses :wink:
Anyway to be eligible for the ranking & prize table, you'll have to compete in at least 7 matches.
LVR (Low Velocity Rifle) as a shooting discipline has been acknowledged by the Flemish shooting associations making it an official discipline. Ergo when applying for a license for example for a MP5, CZ Evo 3 S1, Uzi, HK UMP, AUG in 9 para, BT TP9, BT APC9 SA (all semi-auto of course).... there is now no longer a reason for our government for not granting you a license based on not having a discipline to compete in.
Now only to find time in the agenda ...
