I load .223 on the pro 1000 just because I can't afford to upgrade. I've found that the easiest way to do it is still a pain in the ass. I run all of the tumbled brass through to deprime and reshape. I then use my possum hollow trimmer to trim it all. Then I prime it with the lee autoprimer (or whatever the handheld primer tool is called). At that point, I run the primed, trimmed brass through the three stages on the press
1. powder throw
2. bullet seat
3. factory crimp
Keep a close eye on powder of course, but my lee powder dispenser is pretty consistent. Consistent enough that I haven't had a problem in loading about 1500 rounds this way.
