Lee extra long decapping pin, need lathe

I have an idea for making my reloading life easier. It involves boring a Lee decapping pin body out on the non-business end and installing a Redding decapping pin. Anyone have a lathe that can do that? Need to be able to center drill and drill a .065" hole coaxial to OD. Hole only needs to be 1/8" deep.
