Both my daughter and Miss LD and I have black cats, and they are naughty.
Being human I have a certain trepidation regarding death, but knowing where I'll end up when I do die negates the uneasiness a bit for me. I'd rather die a free man than live on my knees in servitude to another mere man.
There was a line in the Mini Series the Hatfields and the McCoys that one of the characters said when he was faced with certain death because he refused to kneel to someone with a gun to his head. It is "I kneel to no man, and I pray only to God." The person with the gun to this gentleman's head relented, and was amazed by his willingness to die for what he believed in. I pray to Almighty God that when my time comes I could be half as brave as that man was. God Bless the Patriots everywhere, and may God Bless, and keep this group in His care. Amen
