If you received a $50 (or $75) gift certificate for Heartland at the Carrygun Match, then I would like to know!

Say so here. Then please send me a PM so I can send you a brief one minute questionnaire.

Thanks!

Wow, all the gift certificate winners filled up my PM box?

I don't know how or if I can access it with the iPhone. I'll clear it out Saturday morning.

Make sure you clear out your sent box and deleted box and everything else.

I have won 3 certificates and turned down another. What you need to know?

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change.
Ok, this might work better if we do it here, anyway.

I'll also do it at the next two matches.

If you've won a certificate at the Carrygun Match for Heartland Outdoors, please answer the following:

1) How many have you won?

2) Have you redeemed it? (if not, why not?)

3) How long did it take you to redeem it?

4) What was the total price of the item(s) you used (or will use) the certificate(s) for?

5) Would you have bought the item when you did without the certificate?

6) Would you have bought it AT ALL without the certificate?

7) Would you have bought the same item elsewhere had you not won the certificate?

8 ) If the store was open for business, would you have redeemed it the same night you won it?

9) Has winning a certificate had any impact on your patronage of Heartland Outdoors?
(IE; do you stop by more often to check their stock or shoot at their range, etc)

Thanks!

If you've won a certificate at the Carrygun Match for Heartland Outdoors, please answer the following:

1) How many have you won? 3

2) Have you redeemed it? (if not, why not?) I redeemed one and have two remaining.

3) How long did it take you to redeem it? It has been 3-4 months for the two I currently have.

4) What was the total price of the item(s) you used (or will use) the certificate(s) for? I bought $50-60 primers with the first one and will buy $100 worth of primers with the second and third one once they get some federal small pistol primers in stock.

5) Would you have bought the item when you did without the certificate? No. I have a bunch of primers from the 2009 hoarding spree.

6) Would you have bought it AT ALL without the certificate? Eventually I would have needed more primer so , YES

7) Would you have bought the same item elsewhere had you not won the certificate? Possibly.

8 ) If the store was open for business, would you have redeemed it the same night you won it? No. After the match i want to get my ass home ASAP.

9) Has winning a certificate had any impact on your patronage of Heartland Outdoors?
(IE; do you stop by more often to check their stock or shoot at their range, etc) The certificate doesn't hurt. I will supprot Heartland anyway I can for allowing us to use the range like they do!!!

Thanks!

If you've won a certificate at the Carrygun Match for Heartland Outdoors, please answer the following:

1) How many have you won? 3

2) Have you redeemed it? (if not, why not?) No. Waiting to win more to buy something "big".

3) How long did it take you to redeem it? 13 months and counting

4) What was the total price of the item(s) you used (or will use) the certificate(s) for? Probably $100-800

5) Would you have bought the item when you did without the certificate? No. I am saving the certificates to help as much as possible

6) Would you have bought it AT ALL without the certificate? Yes eventually

7) Would you have bought the same item elsewhere had you not won the certificate? If it was at a good price, or better price than Heartland, yes.

8 ) If the store was open for business, would you have redeemed it the same night you won it? I think I most definitely would have. But saving them is better for me.

9) Has winning a certificate had any impact on your patronage of Heartland Outdoors?

For me it has. I don't "just stop by" because its so far up there from Norman, but I do call and see if they have what I am looking for in stock before making a decision somewhere else. I think Heartland Outdoors is a fantastic gun range and they earn every bit of business I can give them because of their support of the shooting sports community. I have definitely spent more money at Heartland Outdoors since these matches started being held because I am in there on a regular basis and see what the store has to offer.

Thanks!

(IE; do you stop by more often to check their stock or shoot at their range, etc) I do stop by whenever I'm in town. I definitely will not give my business to H&H anymore except for the instances when I need to test or pattern a shotgun. If only they would allow us VIP members ( B) :P B) ) to shoot shotties on their range.

Thanks!

If I get to pick up my gun today - I'm going to heartland with cert in hand!

UPDATE: I JUST REDEEMED MY $50 CERTIFICATE THIS WEEKEND WHILE I WAS AT THE MATCH. GOT TWO OF DAVID'S 1911 MAG HOLDERS.

This will be my first indoor shoot ever.
Looking forward to getting the safety instructions, and doing some shooting :D

A certificate will only be a plus.
